吴丽邰,男,现年51岁,1983年毕业于西北农学院农机系机械化专业。获学士学位,任职资格:工程师。
毕业后分配到山西省机械化学校工作,主要从事教学。在此期间,除完成正常的教学任务外,承担了径向风机的设计。在对发动机的大修中,先后修理过国产90,95,105及115系列柴油发动机。驾驶过农业机械,如联合收割机:E512,东风5和约翰迪尔1650进行收获作业;东方红75,铁牛55,东方红40,28进行耕做作业;以及东方红60推土机的平地作业。
1987年调入西安农业机械厂工艺科,主要从事非标设计和技术改造。从事过的主要工作:镗削组合机床的传动计算及动力箱的设计;钢钡复合材料的工艺性试验;拖拉机装配线的技术改造;涂装生产线的配套设计;工装夹具设计等。在引进中马力拖拉机的项目中,负责技术的引进和装配工艺的制定。
1992年应聘于一家建筑机械厂,前期承担了砌块机产品开发设计,随后转入制造部门。负责产品的试制及改进设计,并对整个生产环节组织调配。结合实际情况,建立了比较规范的机加工和装配工艺。
1996年进入西安华瓷节能窑炉工程公司,从事陶瓷生产线的非标设计。从制浆喷雾造粒,到压坯干燥,以及储坯烧结等全套生产线均有介入。尤其在烧成段的窑炉设计中,改进了许多设计。
1999年应聘于西安宏大交通科技有限公司,主要从事机电液一体化的非标设计工作。完成过的主要有:LB2000型混凝土沥青搅拌站,在该项目中主要负责料斗及输送,斗式提升机,成品料仓等项;水泥滑模摊铺机,在该项目中主要负责整机升降和行走系统,熨平板系统,以及机电液相互的配套;路面冷铣刨机,在此项目中主要负责行走及升降系统,铣削废料的输送系统,以及机电液相互的配套,铣刨毂的设计校验。上述水泥滑模摊铺与路面冷铣刨机,毫不夸张地讲,这两项积聚了当今机电液一体化的最高水平,是工程机械领域高度智能化的典范。从故障自动诊断到控制—伺服,以及动力配备和液压配置,毫不逊色国外的同期水平,这也是在工程机械中高科技应用的趋势。在稳定土厂拌设备的设计中,承担搅拌系统,供水系统和输送系统的设计。
2003年应聘到福建泉州一集团下属企业,主要负责全面的技术工作和新产品的开发项目。在半年多的时间中,独立设计开发了混凝土砌块成型机,并完成了三个机型的设计。经过工作性测试与实际应用,其性能能达到了设计要求,从整体结构工艺到实际工况优于同类型机。合同到期后随之解除。
2005年转到厦门,在火炬园一企业承担非标设计工作,先后设计过多项工装和专机,例如滚齿机快装夹具,齿轮抛光专用工装,感应加热专用设备,扭矩测试设备等等。从事行业主要是包装机械和精密机械,同时承担非标设备的开发设计,针式打印机的研发,并解决了打印针制造的关键技术问题等。
2009年进入光夏包装(厦门)有限公司,专注于利乐灌装机,以及周边设备的开发设计,成功改型了TB/8机灌装250ml,以及高速贴管机。同时在利乐零部件的材料工艺以及制造中做出改善。
2011年进入厦门塞恩机电科技有限公司。主要从事开关柜行业的自动化生产设计,汽车行业装配生产线设计以及技术改造。审核项目技术可行性,设计方案以及协调项目组的进程管理。先后组织完成了多条自动化生产线的设计。
回顾多年的技术工作,做为一个技术应用工程师,因为经常忙于新品研发,对新兴的材料和工艺、相关的液压与控制等方面的技术信息,通过专业杂志、期刊和网络随时跟踪,但很遗憾—没有发表过任何有关学术论文。从事工作多年,从零部件的制造加工工艺、现场的技术指导服务,对外协企业的技术装备及制造的考察,到新品的安装调试都积累了许多经验。例如,在大多数产品(包括一些尖端设备)的设计开发中,就是凭图片、实物,以及从INTER NET 上所收集的资料信息,结合实际的工作状况,综合考虑设计而成。但同时也感到学习、更新的知识还很多,所以也不断地跟踪新技术的发展。做一名工程师不难,但做一名优秀的工程技术人员不易;不仅要实现所设计产品的功能,还要结合实际有选择地应用新技术,同时更要注重人性化—也就是工业设计的艺术化。这不单纯是一项工作项目,也是一门艺术。工作中善于合作,设计中追求尽善尽美,计算机应用熟练,如CAD R12——R14,CAD2000,CAD2004,天喻INTE CAD,电子图板,SOLD EDGEN,目前正在熟练PRO/E。英文应用比较熟练,具备听说写能力以及交流。


BACKGROUND & INFORMATION
I WAS GRADUATED FROM THE FARM MACHINERY DEPARTMENT OF THE NORTHWEST AGRICULTURE COLLEGE IN 1983.I HAD BEEN WORKING AS A TEACHER IN THE MACHINERY SCHOOL OF SHANXI PROVINCE FOR FOUR YEARS. AND THEN, I CHANGED KIND OF PROFESSION IN THE XI’AN FARM MACHINERY FACTORY AS AN ENGINEER.
FORM AUGUST 1983 TOSEPTEMBER 1987, I WAS MAJOR TO TEACHE “DESIGN OF MACHINERY” IN THE SCHOOL. BESIDES EACHING I HAD DESIGNED SOME SETS AND REPAIRED POWER ENGINES.
IN SEPTEMBER 1987, ICAME BACK AND WORKED IN THE XI’AN FARM MACHINERY FACTORY. AS AN ENGINEER WORKING IN THE DEPARTMENT OF TECHNOLOGY, MY JOB WAS MAINLY DESIGING OF NON-STANDARD MACHINE, HOW-TO MANUFACTURE AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFORMATION. FOR INSTANCE, FIRSTLY, I MADE TECHNOLOGY TEST OF COMPOUND MATERIAL WITH BARIUM-STEEL. SECONDLY IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND EFFICENCY OF PRODUCTS, THE SPECIAL-PURPOSE BORING-CUTTING MACHINE TOOL WAS DESIGNED. THIRDLY I JOINED TO DESIGN THE PRODUCE LINE OF PAINT. FOR TECHNOLOGY TRANSFORMATION, I MADE A REPORT AND A TENTATIVE PROGRAMME THAT THE TRACTORY ASSEMBLY LINE WOULD BE INCREASE AND THE INTENSITY OF LABOUR ON THE LINE WOULD BE REDUCED. DURING OUR FACTORY COOPERATED WITH SHANDONG TRACTORY FACTORY IN PRODUCING MIDLE-POWER TRACTORY, I WAS IN CHARGE OF THE PROJECT, THE TECHNICAL DATA AND TRAINING. IT TOOK ONE MONTH THAT FROM BEGINNING TO THE FIRST TRACTORY WAS BEEN OUT.
IN MAY 1992, I WAS E NGAGED AS AN ENGINEER BY THE BUILDING-MACHINERY FACTORY. I WAS IN CHARGN OF THE DEPARTMENT&TECHNOLOGY. FIRSTLY I WAS ACCORDING TO ISO STANDARD, MAKING THE KEY OF THE QUALITY CONTROLLING. ON OTHER HAND, I JOINED TO DESIGN THE COMPLICATED PARTS AND IMPROVE PRODUCTS.
TWO YEARS LATE, I CHANGED TO XI’AN HUACI CO. I WAS MOSTLY TO DESIGN SOME DRIER AND KILN ETC.
NOW I AM WORKING IN ONE HIGHWAY MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. I HAD FINISHED TO DESIGN FOUR-TRACK SLIPFORM CONCRETE PAVER, COLD MILL MACHINE, ASPHALT MIXING PLANT, ROLLER ETC.
I KNOW MACHINERIES ABOUT INDUSTRY VERY WELL. I USE TO COMPTURE WITH AUTO-CAD, SOLID EDGE, OFFICE, PRO/E. I AM VERY ONE WITH TOGETHER.

Mechinanical & Structure Design Experience
These were some mostly items, which I have been experienced, as following:
1. Non-standard design. (Xi’an Farm Machinery Factory. It was state administration Co. There were more than 3000 people in it.)
I designed the special-purpose boring-cutting machine tool, in which I was mostly to design gearbox and lathe bed.
I designed the feeding institution of the face-painted line, which technology program was follow: hot cleaning, acid cleaning, spray cleaning, passivation, spray painting and hot drying.
I designed many technics-sets of machineries; these were drill-plats, clamp-set, and welding set.
According to our factory’s statue, I arranged and wrote a lot of documents of mechanical layout with produces.
During our factory cooperated with The Shan Dong Tractor Factory in producing middle-power tractor, I was in charge of the project, the trenching data and training.
2. Concrete-block machinery. (Xi’an Qiangli Building Machinery Factory. There were about 60 people in it.)
I designed frame of the machinery and the part of transmission. Finished first design, I was removed in charge of manufacture. It was my duty that from technology of how-to-do to administration. There were about fifty fellows in the factory.
3. Tunnel-furnace and other equipments. (Xi’an Huaci Company. There were more than 120 people in it.)
I designed the flans of ceramic tile drier set (involving table-board of repair or install, that was more 4m high), store set and the part of tunnel-furnace. It was a very large produce-line. The tunnel-furnace was about 100m. The drier was about 4m high. At same time, I was in change of contact with the department of R&D and the department of manufacture.
4. Non-standard design. (Xi’an Lubao Road Machinery Co, Ltd.)
In the project of the asphalt mixing plant, I designed the product storehouse, conveyor system and mixing set.
In the project of Four-track slipform concrete paver, I designed drive set, up and dower with supporting set and moulding level set. The weight of the paver was about 40t. It was the first large highway machinery from designing to manufacture in Chain. The first one was sold to Yun Nan province.
In the project of the cold milling machine, I designed drive set, up and dower with supporting set, milling drum, conveyor system. Its weight was about 30t. The first one had been finished last year, and it through test of technologic and working on the road.
Roller, I designed structure of machinery and vibrator. Technology of it was sold to other.
